“You know, Felix, it’s very important to keep promises, especially to yourself.”

I hope you enjoy this performance by The Hanover Band with Director Roy Goodman and Rachel Brown, traverso (note: pitch is lower than modern flute).
Excellent tempo, phrasing direction, feeling of meter, and ornaments.
May it serve as a last minute inspiration to North Carolina High School students to hear this performance before District Band auditions!

Hope you enjoy Rampal's masterful tone, trills, articulation and phrasing direction. North Carolina grade 11-12 flute students: This is the required piece is you qualify for All-State tryouts.
